✿ CANCEL YOUR ORDER
Please contact me as soon as possible if you have any change of mind. As long as your order has not been dropped off at the post office, I can cancel your order and issue a refund, no bad feelings at all! Please take advantage of the 3 - 5 days processing time.
If your order has been dispatched, I can no longer cancel it, however, you can return your order upon receipt for a refund.
✿ RETURN & REFUND
You change your mind and would like to return the order for a refund, please follow this guide:
- Please contact me within 14 days since the receipt of the order for a refund, return and exchange. Upon receiving an email from me concerning this matter, you then have 14 days to dispatch the return.
- Please pack the returned order properly as they must arrive to me at sellable condition (undamaged, unused). You will only be entitled to the refund of undamaged items.
- You are responsible for the shipping cost of the returned order.
- If the returned order arrives back to me in the above mentioned (2.) condition , I will issue your refund, minus the initial shipping cost.
Your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item(s) or there are missing item(s):
Please contact me immediately with proof of damage: photos or videos, preferably videos as you open the order.
You checked out with the wrong address:
Please contact me immediately.
- If your order has not been dropped off at the post office, I can change the address!
- If your order has been handed over to the post office, we will have to wait until the order is sent back to me. I then can (1) offer a refund minus shipping cost or (2) send the order to the correct address if you cover the shipping cost.
/!\ IMPORTANT:
- I cannot issue a refund for a lost untracked order.
- I cannot issued a refund for a lost order that cannot be tracked end-to-end (consult the list of 43 end-to-end tracking countries).
- I cannot issue a refund if the tracking shows that your order has been delivered to the address you provided.
